Harley Fellowships main menu | Applying for a Harley Fellowship
The Harley Trustees are committed to encouraging equality and diversity among our members, as Trustees and in our work.
In particular:
We seek ways to encourage as broad a range as possible of backgrounds and perspectives in our applications.
We seek to avoid all discrimination on any of the following grounds as outlined by the UK 2010 Equality Act:
- age
- disability
- gender reassignment
- marriage or civil partnership
- pregnancy, maternity, and caring obligations
- race (including colour, nationality, and ethnic or national origin)
- religion or belief
- sex
- sexual orientation
- any other protected characteristic
In Trustees’ meetings we ensure that members respect each other's views while remaining able to challenge them
constructively.
All the elements of the policy are reviewed annually.
